I am an easygoing 33yo professional female who runs her own business from home and works form home. Of an evening i tend to be out and about but does enjoy my down time when home.
The room i have is:
A nice sized room with Ensuite
Big double mirrored builtins
Large outdoor courtyard area with plants and palms
I am also offering the carspace with this aswell
The apartment:
Your room is as you walk in to the front, very private. Upstairs is the living area, kitchen all tiled and decent size balcony overlooking the beach.
My room is upstairs and has my own bathroom for my use only.
Bus stop literally at door
Pub next door
Local eateries
Convenience stores
and BEACH!
This apartment is beautiful and first will see will fall in love! Sad to see my flatmate go. So would like someone like minded who has their own life but doesnt mind a vino from time to time.

Must not be loud - sorry been there done that and prefer my house to be peaceful and quite
Not keen on having my house used as a half way house but ok if you want to have friends over from time to time but must be respectful. This apartment is modern living.
