| Hi there,
My name is Matt and unfortunately my flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. Bad for me, good for you!
So now I am looking for a new flatmate - a female working professional (25-35yo) to share my awesome 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Darlo/Rushcutters Bay.
About Me
I'm 31 and work in advertising (don't worry I'm still a good guy), love snowboarding, South Park, sailing, movies, playing guitar (but not all the time and not loudly) and the occasional friendly game of poker.
I'm pretty easy-going and I'm home most nights during the week and head out on the weekend with friends for dinner and drinks.
About the Apartment
The apartment is on the top level of a secure building. It features a modern kitchen with smeg appliances and gas cooking.
The apartment is large, fully furnished, has a balcony with bbq, its own laundry, wireless broadband internet, foxtel and gets lots of natural light.
It also has an amazing rooftop terrace with a pool, spa and large entertaining area.
It's a five minute walk from everything - restaurants and bars on Victoria St, Rushcutters Bay Park and Kings Cross. There are buses into the city on New South Head Road and you can catch the train in Kings Cross.
You will have your own spacious room with mirrored built-in wardrobes and your own bathroom with a shower and bath. It's available from the 4th of February and is 380pw plus bills.
