Located on the corner of Beaumont Street, walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops and parks, 5 min drive to the beach! 5 mins to the city!
Bills are shared equally (gas, electricity and internet) which are all paid quarterly. No phone connected as I just use my mobile.
Looking for somebody aged between 25-35 who is very clean and tidy, a non smoker, working full time and social on weekends.
I'm a 26 year old female, working full time. I love music, art, cooking and keeping fit. I'm quiet during the week and don't usually have people over (apart from my partner every now and then). Love to go out for drinks or have drinks at home on the weekends though! I'm pretty easy going but not a big fan of lazy people...I'd prefer somebody who is willing to contribute to keeping the place tidy.
I also have a pet lorikeet who is very tame, and she spends a lot of time out of her cage and will most likely want to come and sit on your shoulder :)
Unfortunately we are unable to have any other pets as it is a requirement of the tenancy agreement.
No couples or students sorry. |
