| Heya! I am moving out of my room in our apartment on Toorak Road, South yarra.
You will be sharing with just one person (male, 30, full time employed, British, clean, friendly, housetrained)
The place is quite big- ,The bedrooms and living area are quite separate so great for sharing
There are 2 bedrooms plus a decent sized study (we currently have a sofa bed in there but can move it out if you wanted a desk)
The main bedroom has an ensuite and my current housemate has that room, so you will have the main bathroom to yourself. .
there are two underground, secure carparks, one of which you can use, along with the lock up storage space so plenty of room if you have furniture or anything that needs storing.
the apartment has ducted aircon/heating and is close to all public transport, supermarkets etc.
The lease is currently on a month-by-month by agreement with the owner. Main bedroom MAY become available in March, your choice to stay and continue on lease with another person or not.
