| A spacious room is available to rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse (share with 1 other person), located in the Gold Coast suburb of Merrimac. Merrimac is close to many bus routes, and only a few minutes’ drive from Robina Town Centre & Robina Train Station. The area is also close to other shops and 15 minutes to the beach.
The available bedroom is spacious and comes with a built-in-wardrobe, and is offered unfurnished. This townhouse has 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs), a good sized courtyard, with the rest of house being furnished, with air-conditioning. The existing lease runs out in June 2013, so ideally seeking someone for a 6 month period. Townhouse is in a small complex of 12, with a security gate and parking available.
Housemate will be sharing with a mature-minded 26yo male, who is easy going, likes to cook and has a good sense of humour and is willing to share food if wanted. The right housemate will need to be between 20-35yo, mature, and willing to keep the house clean and tidy (so shared housework). Rent is $170 per week, and does not include electricity, you will be required to pay 2 weeks rent as a bond.
