| hi everyone.
my name is ran, 29, and I came to Melbourne to study my postgraduate in social work. I intend to study in RMIT UNIV. as for i'm looking for a house not far away from the univ, that I can take my bicycle every morning to the univ (I want Brunswick or something close like carlton). I am looking to move immediately if possible or next month. I also have a part time job in a bakery, i'm looking for some cool new roommates to share a house with. i'm very sociable person and it's always important for me to maintain friendship with my roommates. but at the same time I alwasys respect other people privacy. especially when i'll start studiyg and be buried in papers. but still I would like to enjoy occasionally dinner and chat with my roommates after a long day. I love the feeling of entering the your house and to see people you like and that you want to share with them your day.
I can say about myself that i'm a clean person, which mean no dirty dishes in the sink! hate it! and also the house itself. i'm very reliable with paying rent and bills, so you should be worried with that. so all and all I just looking like everyone for a nice place with nice roommates. I hope it's not a huge request from my side :)
