* 1 x awesomely dingy outhouse

* Separate living, dining and kitchen areas.
* Unlimited internet and Foxtel
* 1 x Designated beer fridge
* 1 x adorable kitten
Room description:
On the second floor at the back of the house, so no street noise. You will have the smallest room (and are paying the least amount of rent!), but a huge window supplies copious amounts of natural lighting and a nice view, and the room comes partially furnished with a desk, curtains, a wardrobe and a double clothes rack - so all you need is a bed! Can fit up to a queen bed comfortably :)
There's usually parking right outside the house if you want to get a permit, otherwise there's free parking up the street and around the back areas of Glebe ^_^
Ridiculously close to Glebe Pt Rd, Sydney Uni and Officeworks! Yay stationery!
