| Hiya, I’m a 26 year old Kiwi (have been here for 5 years so not fresh off the boat as they say!) looking for one other to flat with from early/mid January next year (ideally before 14 January). I’m looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place in Richmond so we’d both have our own bathrooms. I already have furniture including washing machine, fridge, BBQ etc so if you’re just after a room that’s perfect.
About Me:
I work full time and spend my free time out and about with friends or playing sports. Have done my dash with the late party nights but do like the odd quiet drink. Have lived in plenty of share houses so understand the unspoken rules of being clean, tidy and respectful of other housemate’s privacy etc.
About you:
Ideally you’d be after a room only (if you have the odd bits and bobs to contribute that’s cool too)
Would be prepared to sign onto a 12 month lease (and name would be on the lease)
Working full time
Clean and tidy (if you’re not one to wait for your mumma to clean up after you then hooray!)
Enjoy a few quiet ones but not into massive nights outs and raging parties every weekend
Other info: Sorry no students, couples or people with pets (personally I love animals but realistically there’s not too many rentals that allow them)
