| Large room available in newly renovated, modern Queenslander in the heart of West End. This stunning house is located between Hardgrave Road and Boundary Street, close to a variety of restaurants/shops and a 30 minute walk to CBD. Alternatively, the 199 bus stop is less than 5 minutes’ walk and will get you to the city in under 15mins. Parking is not an issue with a large driveway and plenty of street parking.
This house features polished wooden floors, four spacious bedrooms, study, 2 bathrooms and a large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The available room includes a ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe with plenty of drawers and hanging space. It is currently unfurnished, however a double bed and desk can be provided if necessary. This house is set high giving it wonderful city views and making it nice and breezy.
You will be sharing with 3 great housemates (2xfemales and 1xmale in late 20’s/early 30’s) all full time working professionals.
We will be moving into this house on Saturday 15 December 2012 for a 12 month lease and would like someone to take the additional room as soon as they can. Rent is $215 per week. Bills such as gas, electricity and internet will come cheap as they will be split 4 ways. |
