| We have a room available in our Parkville apartment. Located across the road from Princes Park, the 19 tram stops right out front and Sydney Rd shops and bars are a 5 min walk. The place is currently shared by a male and female in their 20s. We are fairly relaxed and openminded. We are smokers, but stricktly outside (we have a courtyard).
The room is on the small side and has limited storage so it is suited to someone with a small amount of belongings. It is NOT furnished, but the house is. Looking for someone in their 20's who is fairly chilled yet respecful to the shared spaces. Must also be willing to sign onto the lease (month by month), and pay a $980 bond. Internet (wifi) is also available, but bills and net are not included in the price given.
