| Party people and smokers pls do not apply. Room has built ins + A/C. Bathroom is adjacent to room. Prefer long term rental for suitable person- either male or female- must have full time employment. 20 minutes from Brisbane. We are a mature couple - no children- we have a very friendly border collie and 2 cats. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges and a freezer. Laundery has washing machine and dryer. House is situated in a quiet cul de sac. House has marble floors and "wood" floors. Plenty of street parking. We have a pool. TV room has A/C, foxtel and dvd player. Rent is $160 per week with 2 week bond- no bills except $7 a week for water. Food is not included. We are a mature couple who lead a quiet life and prefer our housemate to be likewise. We are non smokers and non drinkers and prefer our housemate to be same but there can be movement on reasonable drinking. Pls be advised that the room is for one person only- overnight stays by others are subject to negotiation. Room is available now. |
