| Looking for a housemate/housemates to rent the spacious downstairs level in a Woolloongabba sharehouse from December 8. One large living/dining room, one smaller (yet spacious) room and your own bathroom (shared laundry and kitchen). You would also have your own entrance, and your own undercover carport space.
Ideal for a couple, or a single person who enjoys having lots of room.
Great location - 10 minutes to the CBD, University of Queensland or Southbank. Just a few minutes walk from Mater Hill bus station or Park Rd bus/train station. There's a convenience store, bottle shop, restaurants and gym on the same block, and a Coles just down the road.
You would be sharing the house with two guys and a girl, 22-25, full-time students or employed. Quiet on weekdays and social on weekends. Non-smokers preferred, but smoking outside is acceptable.
There's a built in cupboard, storage space in the bathroom, and the rooms are furnished with standard items (couch, fridge, table and chairs, dresser, TV and more - see pictures). Rent is $252 per week, plus internet (~$14 a month, unlimited high speed downloads + wifi) and electricity (usually ~$90 per quarter). Bond is 4 weeks rent. |
