| I’m looking for a flatmate to share with a 30-year-old female and a 2-year-old Griffon (dog). I’m not fussed about age or sex, but would like someone with a similar outlook. I’m quiet and friendly and I like books and movies. Francis is a social butterfly and likes chew bars and toys. I’m laidback but tidy and prompt in bill payments. Francis is more laidback but less tidy and doesn’t pay bills.
The place is in Leofrene Ave, Marrickville: a quiet street with ample parking, 2 min from the station, 5 min from the Woolworths, 2 min from 423 bus route and less than 10 min from the 426 and 30 bus route. It’s small but with 2 big bedrooms, newly renovated, hardwood floors with nice details throughout. It’s furnished except for the room itself which is very large (king plus) and light.
So if you’re maybe 25-35 (as a guide), wanting to do your own thing in terms of food but like to have a talk on occasion and are keen on dogs, please get in touch so we can arrange a meeting. Sorry no couples.
