| Hi my name is Ben.
I have a room available in my awesome elwood apartment.
The apartment is quite spacious, big lounge room and kitchen and 2 deckings. It is fully furnished with big 55" tv, bbq, washing machine and dryer. The room available is a decent size with built in wardrobe. There is a bus stop right out front and the train + tram only a short 5min walk. Elwood beach is only a 5min walk, perfect location for summer.
A bit about me.... I'm 27, own my own business. Work as a tradesmen. Some days I work long hours. Home some nights. I do enjoy going out for a beer,
Im fairly active, enjoy exercise + kite surf in my spare time. Have a big passion for music, go and see live gigs when I can.
