Fantastic location, less then a mintute walk to the water of rose bay habour, bus stop at the end of the street into the city or bondi junction. Other aspects - ferry is so close, to enjoy a different communte to work or enjoy an outting, golf course and Plumber Rd Village Shops, with great cafes and gelato. 20 minute walk to Bondi Beach. All day street parking out the front, and there is aways a park.
Happy to share lock-up garage at an extra cost to fit small car.
About the other housemate: I am 25 year old, Graphic Designer, working over the North side, and love exercising, keeping healthy and socialising with friends, my life is usually pretty busy so I am not home very often, but would love to come home to a friendly face.
