I'm a 26 year old professional female working in the city. I’m looking for a tidy, considerate, fun person to share my apartment. Also, someone up for a chat and a drink every now and again as well as respect each others privacy. Not after any room dwellers.
I have a pretty busy lifestyle and like to enjoy my weekends catching up with friends, heading out for drinks etc. Looking for someone, either male or female, with a similar lifestyle.

The apartment on offer is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The complex features a gym, pool and tennis court. There is a parking permit available (if you need it).
It’s in a great location – about a 10 minute walk to the CBD, Flinders St station, a two minute walk to the St Kilda Rd trams.
Rent is $955 pcm ($220 per week) - please note the rent is paid on a monthly basis. Bills are shared equally, bond is $888.
Available from the 1st December.
