| I am looking for a flat mate to share my apartment which is located one street from the Beach in Port Melbourne and only one street back from Bay Street. Great location close to public transport.
The apartment is double the size of most. The room available is spacious and has built in cupboards. With the room comes with your own bathroom, which has a bath, shower and toilet.
The apartment is open and has a small balcony.
The apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
This room would suit a working professional who likes to work during the week though enjoys a couple of drinks and good food over the weekend. I need the flatmate to be clean and responsible.
I travel a lot for work, much of the time the you would be in the apartment by yourself.
I am easy going, love to exercise and enjoy fresh food.
