I have a room available to rent in WILSTON on Newmarket road.
I am relocating to my own apartment next Tuesday and the room that I am currently renting will be vacant from the Thursday 25/10/2012.
$165 p/week.
Medium to large sized room.
All bills inclusive.

FREE unlimited WIFI.
Share a bathroom with one other only.
Includes a double bed frame and mattress, set of two drawers, small open wardrobe space, large desk and chair.
The room is located in sunny Wilston !
Close to Wilston train station, approx 3 min walk and close to multiple busses and windsor homezone centre.
The room is at the back of the house so it has more privacy and its own entrance, Share near new bathroom with only one other, medium sized kitchen with appliances and utensils!
The real estate and owner prefers females only as this part of the house is females only share.
