| Hi There,
We have a room for rent in our house at Brighton East/Caulfield. It's a 2 bedroom freestanding bungalow style house, close to public transport (tram, train and bus). Very clean, polished floor boards, ducted heating and fully furnished. We have a large rear yard and a 4 year old German Sheppard/Kelpie cross (she is always keen for another dog to keep her company). We are an outside dog household.
We both work professionally and like to keep a tidy home. We like to socialise and would ideally like a roommate we can connect with and become part of the household.
We're looking for someone to move in next weekend 20th/21st of Oct. Length of lease is until house is rebuilt (4-5 months) then we will relocate hopefully with the new housemate.
We'd love a clean, respectful housemate who will contribute to the household cleaning and maintenance. You will just need to bring your bedroom kit but we can offer storage if you have more possessions.
