| We are professional easy going social people.
We live in Glebe, near Glebe Point. We are 2 mins walk from both bus and tram stops. I walk to work everyday, it takes me 35 mins to get to any point in the CBD- through Pyrmont and over the foot bridge in Darling Harbour.
Rent is $370 per week, bond $1500. (Bond has been lodged with the Dept. of Fair Trading). Rent includes own room, own bathroom, car spot.
Additional bills are $15 per week and include foxtel (lounge and bedroom), wireless internet and home phone. (Negotiable if not required).
Its a 3 bedroom townhouse, ducted air throughout, dishwasher, dryer. Was owner occupied for 10 years, we are the first tenants. I live there with my partner.
Our flatmate has just got a job in the North West and will moving there. |
