| I do have a nice 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms, very modern, cosy apartment which is located near Newtown, (St. Peters Station), which is about 10 mins from the Sydney CBD. My fully furnished home comes with all the toys.
I am seeking a female (or 2 females if they are happy to share a room for an added cost) to share my 2 bedroom apartment. Rent includes all bills, (gas, electricity, wireless internet etc). Your own room has a double bed in it already. Your own pvt bathroom, with bath, shower, toilet and basin etc. The grounds have 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a gym and 24 hours security. It is less than 5 mins walk to St. Peters station and is 15 mins from the city CBD with bus stops right outside the building.
I would like to find someone that wants to relax when they get home, unwind, watch a few movies or tv shows, enjoy some dinners with friends/flatmate, rather than turning my home into your new nightclub. I like to party too, but there are clubs for that! lol... If youre interested, please feel free to contact me. |
