| My name is Luke and I do engineering at UOW. I live with two other people who also go to uni. My roommates and I are looking for a fourth person to move into our house. Rent is $110 per week (not including utilities) and internet is $15 per month. The house is a 5 minute walk to Coniston Train Station and a 15 minute walk to the shopping centre (Westfield Figtree). The room is semi-furnished with a desk, chair and bed and a built in wardrobe. The house has a large balcony, ocean views, no view of the steelworks, and a medium sized backyard with a covered outdoor area as well as both wood-fired and gas barbecues. The house is located in a quiet street. If you want to know more or wish to inspect the house let me know. |
