| Detailed Description |
| We need a new housemate to move in to our house from mid October.
The place is on Devonshire St, Surry Hills. 2 minutes walk to Central station and 2 minutes walk to Crown St - perfectly located.
The house is quite roomy: four bedrooms, large lounge room, large dining/kitchen and outdoor garden & entertaining area. Apart from the bedroom, the house is fully furnished and stocked, although you're welcome to bring things too!
The room on offer is big and light filled. Can post photos, but probably easier to come over and check it out yourself.
We're looking for a working professional, clean, tidy and out going. No smokers or pets.
Rent is $920/month + bills and paid at the end of each month. This works out to be about $212/week.
