| Hi there,
My name is Beatrix, 21 yo working fulltime as an account manager in a marketing agency.
I live in Taplin St just off St Georges Rd, Fitzroy North in a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhouse of 2 storeys with 2 balconies and a garage with an extra space to park an extra car. My place is fully furnished and it's close to all modes of public transports, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. As well as pharmacy, doctors, mechanic, 2 petrol stations etc. They are all within 1-5 mins walking distance, no kidding.
I have one big spare bedroom available (complete with a queen sized bed, built in heater, wardrobe and bedside table and lamp) and one bathroom (complete with toilet, shower, cabinet and mirror) will be provided to you for your use.
