| Hi my name is Elaine and I will have a large double bedroom, BIRs,own bathroom available either furnished or unfurnished from Tuesday 25th of September. About 9km from the city and 5 mins from the train station and local shopping centre within walking distance. Yarraville and Seddon coffee houses, restaurants about 5 mins drive and Barly St precinct 10 min walk. House is new and fully furnished, air con, garden, off street parking etc and I am also including pets for free!! (2 x British Blue cats) who are friendly but respectful i.e they like to be around you but not on you. Current flatmates are moving on to travel around Australia before heading back home to Europe and so I am looking for a new flatmate/s either short or long term but a minimum of 3 - 4 months. A bit about me - I work full time in the CBD and also study (nearly finished) so pretty busy at the moment. I am pretty easy going and respectful of others privacy, I like movies, a glass or two of wine, good food, snow skiing and I am planning on getting back into the fitness thing once I finish study. I am pretty neat and tidy (not obsessively) so but if you have an aversion to pitching in with household cleaning in shared spaces then this is not the place for you.
