| I've just moved into an awesome 2 bedroom apartment in Manly, less than a 10 minute walk to the ferry and beach. Located in a quiet and leafy street, the north facing 2 bedroom apartment features:
• Large bedroom (3.2 x 3.8 meters) with a big mirrored built-in wardrobe
• Modern bathroom
• Modern Kitchen
• Separate Living and Dining Areas
• No common walls between bedrooms
• Coin operated laundry with washing machine and dryer
• Sunny communal front yard within boutique apartment complex (Just 4 units)
• Less than a 10 minute walk to ferry, beach, shops, restaurants and bars but tucked away enough to escape the crowds when you need to
• ALL BILLS INCLUDED
The apartment comes fully furnished except the bedroom available, but because I’ve just moved in there’s some space for any items you may want to bring along as well.
I’m an easy going professional in my mid 20’s who leads a pretty active and healthy lifestyle. I’m into yoga, surfing and clean living. I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful and reliable who is after a long term rental - minimum 6 months. Anyone into yoga, fitness and surfing would be a bonus!
