| Hey everyone!
I am moving out of this wonderful home and I need someone to full my room for me. I live with two awesome kiwi girls in their early 20's, that are super easy to get along with.
The house is huge for an appartment with 1 bathroom and seperate toilet, a laundry room, a spacious kitchen and a HUGE dinning and living area. We also have a small balcony, which is going to be great for summer. We are on the 3rd floor so we get a little view over Ascot vale/ Femmington. My room can easily fit a queen size bed and has a huge wardrobe. There is a 2 secure carparks below the appartment that is free to use aswell.
The tram line is directly outside our appartment and the train line is only a 15 minute walk. The train will get you into the city in about 20 mins or so.
The girls would prefer another girl who is chilled out, easy going and likes to socialise. Bond is 650. Rent is 150 PW + expenses. The room is available now and I can move out whenever.
This is an awesome, cheap appartment, with fun flatmates, whoever gets it will love it! Feel free to contact me to view or discuss the appartment. |
