| We have a room available in our townhouse in Miranda.
$190 pw (+utilities)
2 storey townhouse, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main and ensuite), external toilet in laundry, washer, dryer, air con, dishwasher, security garage, backyard. Quiet location one block from Miranda train station and Westfields.We're a 23 yr and 26 yr old brother and sister with professional careers as a travel agent and chef. We would like someone who is chilled out, doesn't mind helping out with a bit of cleaning, doesn't mind a drink here and there.
Room for rent is a medium sized room with small built in. $190 per week. Wifi available $30 per month. Electricity bill is not included, comes quarterly. Bathroom shared with one male and one female. House is fully furnished. Bond + 2 weeks rent is $1000 |
