| Large unfurnished double bedroom, with a private balcony, wardrobe and storage space available for a couple to share with another couple in a 3 bedroom terrace house in central Newtown.
The house is located in a quiet street that is a 1 minute walk to Newtown train station and surrounding shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops and other amenities located on lively King Street.
Facilities include a large outdoor courtyard with outdoor dining, living room equipped with a fireplace, large combined kitchen/ dining area, study, laundry and cable internet.
Sharing with male and female couple in their mid-late 20s, both busy professionals, who are tidy, easy going and would enjoy sharing a meal/ drink on occassion.
Singles may be considered for $300 per week however this will be our second preference.
