| Detailed Description |
| Fully furnished house with garden is located at 3 min walk from King st (small shops and coffees), also very close to the New Town train station, buses, and shopping centre (5-10 min).
The room has a window with garden views, polished wooden floors, and a built-in wardrobe and can also come with a desk, drawers and a sofa if required. Big size room that easily accommodates a queen size bed, desk etc.
You would be sharing with two architects, who work full time in the city. We both enjoy our own time, but also coming together for a shared meal every now and then. Basically it's a pretty relaxed and happy home.
The room is available in September.
Rent is $310 per week (plus bills - electricity, gas, internet). Bond is 4 weeks rent.
Cats are welcomed!
