Room is furnished with bed built-ins, share bathroom with 2 others (i have my own) kitchen/lounge areas
3rd level 3 bdrm apartment with lift access in building or stairs
very close to shops/pub tpt, free on street /carpark parking nearby
suit decent guy who is not a party animal/drunk/drug addict/smoker as we dont we those things ...quiet household here
so if interested get back to me asap as need someone to move in now...
also new tenant will have to submit to owner/real estate details to be checked for all parties sake and approval
can go on lease if reqd but bond will b paid in any circumstance
elect and water payable once received and each persons amount worked out(any students/healthcare card holders we can list on accounts for further discounts)
