The room is downstairs with floor boards in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with big lounge and dining area, attractive orange floored kitchen and a massive champion cat named Ted. The place also has a courtyard and BBQ out the back with rear lane access.
Close to Erskineville and Redfern stations and Sydney park and Newton a short stroll away.
Looking for someone who likes to drink, listen to music and eat heaps.
