The room is unfurnished with built ins, private bathroom and ducted air con. The apartment itself has a large verandah with bbq area, large tv, ps4, netflix, wifi and all the mod cons. There is also off-street parking.
I currently work full time for the government and study law full time. I also have a small sausage dog named odie who really enjoys a walk and belly scratch.

Railway is 8 minutes away walking, beach is 10 minutes walk.
Main shops are just literally at the end of the street.

The room is a master room that has a luxurious walking in cloakroom and bathroom inside it. The room has a window and a glass door leads to the balcony that when open both the airiness is very good. It has a swimming poor, gym and bbq area that you can enjoy them for free. The apartment is on 6th floor and the view of it is wonderful. The street is very quiet. |
