| Hi there!
We have a large room available in our amazingly spacious, modern, sunny 3 bedroom apartment conveniently located in Richmond (between Bridge Road and Victoria Street).
The apartment is on 2 floors with amenities- kitchen, bathroom/laundry, living areas, balconies- downstairs, and all bedrooms and second bathroom upstairs. We have a cosy furnished lounge and fantastic living space perfect for hanging out, relaxing and/or entertaining. The room itself is bright and breezy with a wardrobe, balcony and city views.
You would be sharing with 2 easy going professionals (girls in their late twenties, early thirties) who are social, respectful, clean, appreciate good food/wine and always up for a chat/catch up (when we're not busy at work)! Ideally we would prefer a male.
Cafes, restaurants, pubs and public transport are all a few minutes walk, while still being positioned on a quiet street. We're so happy here!
