| Hi there, my name is Nathan and I have a room available located in the popular Kensington Banks. Its spacious, open plan and a secure first level apartment with balcony. You would be sharing the apartment with a 33 year old male. I would love a flatmate thats fun, easy going and social but also respects my need to have my own time. I have been living here for 5 years, the room has become available as my existing flatmate is moving interstate.
Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed (if required)

Kitchen is full size and fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, cooktop and microwave, and has plenty of bench space if you like to cook.

The apartment has security entrances and is close to transport; trains, trams and busses. Located in close proximity to Flemington racecourse and walking distance to Kensington Village and Racecourse Road, cafes, restaurants, gym, pool and parks.
For those that wish to get out and exercise, directly behind the apartment is a popular bike/run trail leading all the way to Maribyrnong river.
Ideally I am looking for someone easy going, tidy, full time worker and won't mind a meal or beverage together now and again.
The rent of $230 per week includes the bills.
