| We have got 2 rooms available for rent (rent out individually or both if you want the whole space). It is a semi-detached granny flat (a large extension of the main house) with its own private entrance that comes with a kitchen, bathroom, heating and shared laundry. There is a family of 5 females living in the main front house, who would share the laundry only.
Both rooms include a bed and built in cupboards. One room comes with an additional couch and tv. Rent is $200 a week per room, which covers all outgoings (no bills to pay) and comes with free unlimited wi-fi internet.
A 2 minute walk to tram and bus stops and to the Coles on the junction of High st, Bourke rd and Doncaster rd. A 2 minute drive to the Eastern freeway and includes off-street parking. Very close to parks, McDonals/KFC, post office, bakery, Office Works. Balwyn north is an extremely safe and friendly suburb and is an ideal location for anyone. Looking for females only
If you are renting just one room it is $200 but if you have a friend that wants the 2nd room you can get both for a total of $370 (save some money if you rent both). Contact me for more information. Thanks, Tina |
