| Hey there!!!
My friend Valentin and I, have just taken a up a lease for a house in Westgarth Street, Northcote.
The house is located just next to the train station "Westgarth" (200m) and the tram stop(No.86, 300m) is close as well. It shouldn't be more then 15 minutes to get to the city. To Bundoora and La Trobe Univrsity it's a 30 minutes ride by tram. It is in the vicinity of many shops, bars and great restaurants. The area is quite alternative with great vibrate music and a bar scene. The neighbourhood is really laid back and nice. The local cricket/ Football club is just around the corner with a park/ play ground attached to it.
The house is pink (interesting colours we know) and has 4 bed rooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, a big kitchen, a big living room, in which we will hopefull have some/many beers together.
It also comes with an enormous backyard... just perfect for partying/ Barbeque a good way to spend summer.
We have now moved in, so we are furnishing the rooms with the basics, bed, shelfs and desk. Everything else you can do on your own. We have just bought a van, so if you need to pick up any more furniture, we are both able to help you to pick up what you need.
Valentin and I, we are both German, studying International Business at La Trobe University.
We like to hang out, have beers, be social, having friends around but we also like to enjoy ourselfs and do things outside, so we won't be aorund all the time. Just contact us if you are interested.
We have two rooms to offer. Both are quite large and cost 230 AUD per week, all bills included. Internet is unlimited. Bond is 750 AUD.
