| Looking for professional person between the ages of 23-50. Clean, responsible and respectful. Must be willing to help out with cleaning house, such as mopping, vacuuming, taking out the bins etc. We have a dog(that lives indoors), so must be ok with pets. I am a 33 year old male who works full time and my girlfriend is 29 years old. My girlfriend works shift work and sometimes sleep during the day, so a quiet person is preferable. No drugs, non-smoker, no children, $160 per week plus bills, if a couple wants to move into one room it will be $200 plus bills. We have wifi and a large theatre room. There is parking on the street. House is fully furnished and one room has fold out double bed if required. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes and are large enough to suit queen size beds. |
