| The property itself is a private, terrace style townhouse in Boutique development with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus powder room and loads of living space, complete with a private courtyard. The room available is the master bedroom which comes with an ensuite and its own reverse cycle airconditioner.
The place is currently occupied by three young professional women - two lawyers and one in finance, all in their mid to late 20s, and we're looking for another young female to join. The rest of the place is fully furnished including laundry/dryer and electrical appliances. Car spot also available if needed.
The place is located in a great area and is walking distance to loads of great cafes and bars. Also in a very convenient location - walking distance to train stations and bus services to the city right across the road. |
