| Detailed Description |
| I'm looking to sublet my bedroom out for a four-month period later this year. The bedroom has large wardrobes and a heater, plus I can leave behind a bedframe and desk if you require it. The apartment itself is a 2-bedroom located on the 1st floor. The apartment has a bathroom, kitchen and lounge. General household appliances are already there: washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.
You'll be sharing the apartment with my existing flatmate, who is male, 30 years old, so you'll need to be able to get along. Please get in touch to arrange a meet.
Availability: July 26 to November 15 2014 (16 week period) Cost: $260/week or $4000 for entire duration
