| Hi my names Daniel i have a Fully furnished room available at the end of May, Room has a desk bedside tables built in robes and a king size bed. The apartment is very spacious and everything fully equiped with everything you could ever need except a toaster!. I manage a busy restaurant in the city so im only home two nights a week at most, I'm pretty social and very easy going, I'm looking for someone the same who dosn't mind an occasional drink and conversation. The apartment is 10 minute walk from south yarra station, or a 50m walk to the number 8 tram into the city. If you like to stay active Faulkner Park and the Botanical Gardens are right near by and only a 10 minute drive (or 15 minute bus ride) to the beach. i would prefer a female as i find girls easier to live with and no couples please. feel free to email or text me to arrange a time to come in and have a look, rent is paid the first of each month and bond is a months rent. I'll Put some pictures up in the next day or two. |
