| Hi there, We are Sean and Natasha, we are looking for a housemate or a couple to share our Southbank apartment.
The apartment is awesome! It has a balcony with beautiful overhanging trees, spacious lounge/dining area, modern bathroom, kitchen with new cooktop/oven and dishwasher.
Room to rent is a good size with built in robes and a view of the lovely gardens with pool and gym available for use.
Natasha and I are fun easy going people, who love a good laugh and great conversation. We are very clean, house proud and respectful of others.
We are looking for a housemate or couple that has the same attributes as us, good work ethic, fun, reliable and up for a good chat at the end of the day.
$280 for a single person for the room, bills included
$375 for a couple for the room, bills included
