| Detailed Description |
| The room is in a 2 bdr top floor unit with north facing balcony. The room has large double mirrored built in and a sofa bed (which you can use to sleep on if you don't have your own bed, otherwise just use it as a couch). The room is large enough to fit in a queen bed and even a small study desk. The unit has a separate, private laundry, which has storage space in case you have a bicycle. There is plenty of all day street parking, and an express bus stop to the city is right out the front. It's a short walk to Coogee beach, The Stop and a short (and fairly level) cycle to UNSW.
The kitchen was updated and has a lot of storage space. The bathroom is still "original" as they call it :-)
I am mid 30's and working full time, but currently transitioning out of the full time role into part time work since I am starting my own business. I spend a lot of time at business functions, and also enjoy time outdoors. That basically means that I am either not home, or if I am, I am working quite a lot (e.g. you will hardly ever see me sit in front of the TV. If you are someone that needs to have the TV running for background noise, then this is not really the right place for you.) I eat healthily, but also enjoy a drink from time to time. I am happy to share a glass of wine, a chat and even a meal, but it's also perfectly o.k. if you are not up for that. This is not a party home though. So this is for you if you like a tidy and quiet home, and would like to share with someone easy going and considered.
There is wireless internet available (split cost). Electricity is included, no other bills. I am looking for someone to stay minimum 1 month, ideally longer. The room suits a student.
