Bedroom 2.75m x 2.85m + big build in wardrobe. West facing window. Fits large double bed, night stands and chair.
Housemate will also get to use the majority of the 4m x 7.30 concrete garage.
Garage has carpet squares down so can be used as a nice office space or squares they can be taken up for more messy woodworking or artistic activities.
Both bedrooms upstairs.
Whole house was freshly painted and carpeted 1 year ago.
Dishwasher.
2 toilets one upstairs one downstairs.
Separate bathroom with shower and bath up stairs.
