The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and single bed. We have a study desk for the room if desired. You can bring your own furniture. Push-bikes available.
Rent includes internet connection with unlimited data.
The rent includes all bills: Use of all kitchen appliances and cuttlery and use of all main areas: lounge-room/tv, dining, kitchen .We like to ensure the kitchen and main areas are kept tidy for everyone to use.
The rent is paid one week in advance.
Floor is tiled throughout and has security screens. Room has new carpet.
Modern kitchen with large living and dining areas.
Looking for someone who is working/studying .
Smoking outside is ok but no smoker prefered. No house parties, no drinking.
No dog allowed but well trained cat is negotiable.
