| 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom house that is 5-10 minute walk from the closest train station and shops. The local bus srevice will drop you to the door from the station. There is plenty of on street parking available.
House is fully furnished except the bedrooms, but there is room for more furniture. There is gas ducted heating, evaporative cooling and shared bathroom has a bath in it. Both rooms on offer are large enough to fit a queen-size bed and other furniture, and contains built in robes. There is a nice garden surrounding the property.
Rent is $185 per week which includes bills and joint household costs, this includes internet access.
The person you are sharing with is pretty easy going and very quiet. I am looking for a housemate that doesn't smoke, do drugs or drinks alcohol excessively. I am not looking to form a 'party house'. |
