| Hello!
We're Kathy and Belinda, and we're looking for a third housemate to share our Carlton town house.
We are renting a brand new two-storey town house in Carlton. Downstairs has separate living room and kitchen/dining areas, as well as a laundry (including washing machine), toilet and storage area. We have a little courtyard out the back with a washing line and a BBQ. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, the bathroom (shower not a bath) and a linen cupboard. The place is fully furnished except for the third bedroom. The landlord is really great – he’s very friendly and we’ve never had a problem with him.
