| I'm hunting for a someone awesome to live with. My current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend. The room available is huge... no like really, it has a private study too. We're talking room enough for a king sized bed, big cupboard, desk, couch... and maybe a boat. Do you have a boat? If you don't have a desk or boat, you could use the study as a miniature gallery or room for your shoes. Anyway, enough about this Goliath of a room with high ceilings. Because you get the big room, obviously the rent is more - $320 and there's also a garage. There's bond to pay and stuff to sign etc but we'll get into that later.
It's not much of a party house. Dinner parties and friends of course are awesome. I'm a really social person but have an occasionally very demanding job. I'd prefer someone who eats healthy and doesn't smoke because I have recently stopped. |
