| Hi! Looking for an easy going awesome new housemate for my nifty place!
Located directly across from the river, massive parklands, walking tracks, bus stops, several shops and a few minutes walk to the train station sits this gorgeous federation style 1920's house which has been fully modernised. It has a pond (with frogs!) and beautifully hedged fences - The house has a gigantic kitchen, high ceilings, and an exquisite bathroom with deep claw foot bath. The property is immaculate, and has a gorgeous grapevine covered back patio, and a big verandah on the front and massive gardens.
I am 32, run my own business and I am looking for someone professional, reliable and easy going to move in and share my awesome house. Preferably someone who doesn’t mind doing a bit of gardening every few weeks as the property is gigantic! I also have a very friendly well behaved lab named Ellie who loves to play and go for walks - I work from home and have a small office, so the place is always safe and secure as someone is always home during the day.
The room is absolutely massive and has to be seen to be believed! It has air conditioning and comes partly furnished – Including a TV, PS2, beanbags and a small fold out couch. The bedroom/study has a loft bed with a desk underneath - This can all be removed if required. As with any granny flat style area, the room itself is not connected to the house, but it’s only a few short steps away. Large glass sliding doors open directly onto a lush garden with dense ancient monsteria plants, as well as some seasonal ducks that fly in to say hello and nest in the pond once a year.
