| NEAR-NEW GROUND FLOOR APPARTMENT! $348 per week ($1507 per month) 1 Bedroom for rent in a two bedroom apartment.
You will be sharing with me, Clayton, 28 year old fulltime working Australian male. Easy going, tidy (but not OCD), respectful of others privacy but looking for someone who will be good company. I work 55+ hours a week including weekends (no nights) so I'm not home a great deal. In my down time I enjoy catching up with friends, going to the gym, cycling and leading a healthy lifestyle. I'm not a vego but it's fine if you are.
Perfect room for either a couple or single. Must be working in a stable job. Long term accomodation only. Sorry, no backpackers. Please note, if you are a couple you need to be rock solid as this is going to be a fun house with good vibes. If you are single (FEMALE ONLY 20-33 years old) you need to be independent, have a sense of humour, and enjoy a chat. If you have a few screws loose this isn't the house for you. While it's defintely not a party house it needs to be an environment we look forward to after a long day in the office. A strict no-dickhead policy applies!
Your room... Built in mirrored wardrobe. Private en-suite bathroom. Unfurnished so you must provide a bed at least. It does have large built-in robes though. House almost fully furnished. I have all the essentials (washing machine, microwave, couch etc but we might need a few bits and pieces which we can discuss when we meet. There is 1 Private secure car park which is all yours as there is tonnes of free parking close by. Bedroom located at opposite end of apartment to second bedroom and bathroom. 3 year old modern apartment, well lit, high ceilings, floor boards, downlights, open plan living area. Ground floor apartment. Outside smoking only (I smoke so don't stress if you do too). Hell, 2013 might be the year we kick the habit! I have a small friendly dog named Archie (6 month old pug x shih tzu). He's my mate - an indoor/outdoor dog that will sleep either outside or in my room. Must be happy to live with a pet. If you have concerns about this it's not worth reading on! He loves people and will demand a pat when he sees you!
Footpath entry with fully lockable security gate. Located 1 block from Port Melbourne Beach, 1 block from Bay St (Cafes, super market, bars, everyting you need!). 4 minute walk to 109 tram, 15 minute tram ride to the city. 10 minute drive to city. Amazing location, kick-arse house. If this sounds like the one for you, read on...
